Lisa Whitehead is the Sales Director at Law In Order and has more than 20 years’ experience in customer service and sales. In this role, she works with our clients and sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Prior to becoming Sales Director, Lisa was the Sales Enablement Manager at Law In Order, assisting our sales teams and internal departments by developing processes and training to improve our client interactions. In this role she also managed our internal Client Relationship Management platform. Lisa has held multiple roles at Law In Order in her 11-year relationship with the company including Senior Sales Manager and Business Development Manager.

With more than two decades of experience in sales, customer service and business and relationship development, Lisa brings strong client engagement experience and a passion to assist clients.

Before joining Law In Order, she worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade, developing a strong sense of customer service. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Canberra.
