Mandy Mellis is the Chief People Officer at Law In Order and has nearly 30 years experience in Human Resources. Mandy is responsible for developing and executing people strategies that lead to great employee experiences across our global offices.
Prior to joining Law In Order, Mandy led small to medium sized international HR teams managing Talent Acquisition and Management, HR Systems, Organisational Development including Learning & Development and Change Management. She was responsible for setting and implementing strategy on HR best practices across the employee lifecycle, taking into account cultural sensitivities that also support the business outcomes and drivers. She was also part of a team that set up operations in China and Malaysia.
Mandy is highly accomplished with numerous awards to her credit including for Human Resources Best Practices (Gold Award), Employee Work-Life Balance (Silver Award) and Employer of Choice (Bronze Award) among many others.
She holds a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Human Resources from Charles Sturt University and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
