Law In Order, leading supplier of end to end document and digital solutions for the legal industry, today announced that it has become a RelativityOne Silver Partner for providing exceptional service experience to its RelativityOne end users.

The RelativityOne Silver Level is part of the Relativity Partner Program and recognises organisations that have reached a high bar for experience, customer satisfaction, and staff training and certifications. The highly skilled team of global consultants and technicians at Law In Order are highly trained, holding over 60 Relativity Specialist Certifications. Law In Order was the first organisation to bring Relativity to APAC 13 years ago and is still a leading provider in the region.

Silver partners must also be proven innovators, with at least one custom application available in the Relativity App Hub. The Law In Order Innovation Hub has also created the Smart DeDuper app, which allows Relativity users to remove any additional duplicates after the initial, standard Relativity processing deduplication process.

“We have invested a great deal in training our staff, developing custom applications and assisting our clients through the transition to RelativityOne. We believe this supports our clients’ goals for better, more impactful eDiscovery,” said Paul Gooderick, Director at Law In Order.

“Our Partnership program provides a guide to legal teams when searching for true subject matter experts,” said Georgia Foster, Managing Director, APAC at Relativity“Experienced Partners such as Law In Order can be key to leveling up an organisation’s legal processes and getting more value out of their data. We are thrilled to have Law In Order join this program to continue and build on the exciting and valuable work they do in Australia across corporate, law firm and Government sectors”.

Extra Security for Government Agencies with IRAP

As an additional benefit to our RelativityOne users, Relativity has recently announced it has completed the Infosec Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) assessment against ‘PROTECTED’ controls for RelativityOne. The assessment supports higher standards for security postures in technology systems used by government agencies in Australia. The achievement will support longstanding government agencies and Royal Commissions using Relativity on-premise to reap the benefits of Relativity’s end-to-end cloud product (RelativityOne).
