Online Hearing and Tribunal Books
What are Online Hearing & Tribunal Books?
The Online Hearing Book replaces the traditional hard copy Court Book. It is an ubiquitous document repository hosted in the cloud, containing all the electronic evidence as well as other hearing related documents such as daily transcripts and legislation.
Alongside the Online Hearing Book is the Client Workspace which is a private, secure collaborative workspace provided to each party. It is available to store documents related to the hearing but which do not form part of the Online Hearing Book.
Search and reporting functionality are available in both the Online Hearing Book and Client Workspace. Documents can be marked up, redacted and custom metadata can be added.
As these are shared workspaces, the contents are always up-to-date and the latest version for all users.
